;^; now a lot of whovians probably have heard this already, but for those who havent, an incredible, beloved, irreplaceable actress, Elisabeth Sladen, who had played Sarah-Jane Smith on doctor who since the day on john pertwee, has recently passed away after a long battle with cancer.
now, I've only seen a small handful of episodes of doctor who which featured Sarah-jane, but I still fell in love with the character. and I have also been meaning to try and watch the Sarah-Jane Adventures (which isnt aired on BBCamerica). now, I wont be able to do so without breaking into tears. today is a sad day for anyone who has watched or is currently watching doctor who. ;^; one of the best, if not THE best, companions has now forever gone, and she will truly be sorely missed.
rest in peace Elisabeth Sladen. you will never be forgotten.

today is a sad day
Recently, my oldest dog, Duke, had been having seizures and never really had any energy. we had planned on putting him to sleep after this weekend, and we were going to try to make him feel as comfortable as possible, but sadly things change. I went to bed and felt I should check on his food to see if he had eaten yet. I opened the laundry room door to find him lying down close by. After I watched him for a few seconds I noticed something was wrong. He wasnt breathing, he had no pulse, but his body was barely warm. Minutes before I went to check on him, he had passed away. My best friend, whom I had grown up with, had died, and I was just bar
